Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer – Men's Wear Location: Ludhiana,Punjab Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Fashion Designer – Men’s Wear who brings a deep understanding of garment construction, advanced digital tools, and sustainable design practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of contemporary and trend-setting men's apparel collections, with a strong emphasis on creativity, technical proficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for men’s wear collections from concept to final product. Develop mood boards, sketches, and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D/Browzwear . Apply advanced garment construction techniques , draping , and pattern making to create well-fitted, innovative designs. Conduct fabric research , experiment with fabric manipulation , and select appropriate textiles for seasonal collections. Ensure cohesive use of color theory across the line to align with brand aesthetics and market trends. Incorporate sustainable and zero-waste design principles into product development. Collaborate with sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution. Stay ahead of fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs. Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering creativity and skill development within the team. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in men’s wear design in a fashion retail or export house environment. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D/Browzwear , and MS Office. Strong technical knowledge of pattern making, draping, garment construction , and fabric behavior . In-depth understanding of color theory , trend forecasting, and global fashion markets. Proven experience with sustainable design techniques and zero-waste product development is a must. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Preferred Attributes: Passion for innovation and detail-oriented approach. Strong portfolio showcasing previous men's wear collections and digital design proficiency. Experience working with domestic and international suppliers/vendors.
